Yesterday I Cooked

Yesterday it was my turn to cook. I made a Focaccia. for lunch, a 2 pound loaf and a lemon maderia cake.

lunch was a smorgasbord of fresh salad with the nice focaccia.

Dinner was a large stir-fry of the first pak choi leaves with kale, chinese cabbage and mizuna.

It was all very nice
